Pagani Residences will offer two- four-bedroom unit options starting at $2.4M that will span 2,000 square feet to 3,300 square feet. Amenities in the tower will include a rooftop pool and lounge, fitness center, spa, library, media room, and a pet spa. Pagani Residences expects to break ground Spring 2025. The project is expected to be completed by Summer 2027.
